The Khojaipok sanatorium is a five-story health and recreation center with all modern amenities, including a multi-story sanatorium-health and recreation building, a palace of culture for 200 seats, a library with a collection of 10 thousand books, and a fountain with various colors. The sanatorium is equipped with more than 20 modern devices adapted for physiotherapy treatment, as well as UZI, ECG and laboratory equipment. There is a phytobar, an indoor swimming pool. The sanatorium is located near the Uchkizil Reservoir, Termez district, Surkhandarya region. The sanatorium area is 15 hectares. The sanatorium has 2 large, 4-story buildings. These buildings are located side by side and are connected to each other. Each building has 4 floors. The building is equipped with a modern "elevator". The sanatorium can serve 222 vacationers at the same time. There are sulfuric mineral water coming from a depth of 234 meters and iodobromine mineral water coming from a depth of 432 meters in the sanatorium. These mineral waters are used for bath procedures for people undergoing treatment and vacationing in the sanatorium.
